Las protagonistas de esta fábula son Eya, el arquetipo de una princesa moderna atrapada en la polaridad femenina, y Ell, presentado como el príncipe arquetípico que encarna la polaridad masculina.
Sumergida en un mundo de simbolismo fantástico conocido como el Reino de Codisead, Eya queda atrapada en su energía femenina no integrada: ansiedad y paranoia, mentalidad de víctima, idealismo tóxico y autodestrucción, lo que la hace dependiente de la validación masculina y temerosa de su propio poder, de su naturaleza salvaje reprimida por la sociedad.
Ell, por su parte, representa la energía masculina prisionera de su necesidad de conquista y posesión, de la competitividad extrema, de la rigidez estructural y del bloqueo emocional que intenta compensar con violencia, rabia reprimida y el rechazo a la sensibilidad.
Durante incontables siglos, ambos permanecen atrapados en este ciclo perverso que los ciega a su propia esencia, hasta que, con su último aliento Eya despierta del hechizo, liberando la energía primordial que siempre había vivido en su interior: su fuerza psíquica, creativa y sexual, reprimida y sometida por las fuerzas de Codisead.
Al reclamar su poder, su transformación enciende el mismo fuego en Ell, llevándolo a abrir su corazón e integrar la energía femenina que había negado durante tanto tiempo. Ese despertar lo cambia todo. Al abrazar su verdadera esencia, rompen el hechizo y restauran la unión con sus seres primordiales y la armonía en su relación y en todo el Reino de Codisead.
The protagonists of this fable are Eya, the archetype of a modern princess trapped in the feminine polarity, and Ell, shaped as the archetypal prince who embodies the masculine polarity.
Immersed in a world of fantastic symbolism known as the Kingdom of Codisead, Eya is caught in her unintegrated feminine energy: anxiety and paranoia, victim mentality, toxic idealism, and self-destruction—making her dependent on male validation and fearful of her own power, the wild nature repressed by society.
Ell, on the other hand, is a prisoner of his need for conquest and possession, extreme competitiveness, rigid structure, and emotional blockage, which he tries to compensate with violence, suppressed rage, and the rejection of sensitivity.
For countless centuries, both remain trapped in this perverse cycle that blinds them to their own essence—until, with her last breath, Eya awakens from the spell, releasing the primordial energy that had always lived within her: her psychic, creative, and sexual force, once repressed and subdued by the forces of Codisead.
As she reclaims her power, her transformation ignites the same fire within Ell, leading him to open his heart and integrate the feminine energy he had long denied.
That awakening changes everything. By embracing their true essence, they break the spell and restore union with their primal selves—and harmony in their relationship and across the Kingdom of Codisead.
Le Diable es un acto ritual que desafía la realidad. A través de los cuerpos de los actores se encarnan los arquetipos universales que nos gobiernan desde las sombras. Al hacerlos conscientes, los iluminamos y liberamos. Esta obra es única, atemporal y transgresora, danza, fantasía, música y demonios se entrelazan en una experiencia cinematográfica sin precedentes.
Con una visión innovadora y profundamente simbólica, Le Diable fusiona lo clásico con lo contemporáneo, explorando el despertar de la luz interior latente en todos nosotros. Su narrativa entreteje la danza Butoh, la mitología, la estética ritual y una propuesta sonora inmersiva. Creada por cineastas latinoamericanos radicados en Europa, esta película es el resultado de un viaje de exploración espiritual y expansión de la conciencia, sin perder la esencia de sus raíces.
Le Diable trabaja con el simbolismo del Diablo, el arquetipo que rige las relaciones humanas desde las sombras. Representa todo aquello que la sociedad rechaza, lo que expulsamos del paraíso por miedo e ignorancia. Mirarlo a los ojos es la única manera de integrar su energía y transformarla en evolución. En su esencia, es la reivindicación del Diablo como un arquetipo de liberación espiritual y social.
Le Diable is a ritualistic act that challenges reality. Through the bodies of the actors, universal archetypes that govern us in the shadows are embodied. By making them conscious, we illuminate and liberate them. This work is unique, timeless, and transgressive, where dance, fantasy, music, and demons intertwine in an unprecedented cinematic experience.
With an innovative and deeply symbolic vision, Le Diable fuses the classical with the contemporary, exploring the awakening of the latent inner light in all of us. It´s narrative weaves together Butoh dance, mythology, ritual aesthetics, and an immersive sound proposal.
Created by Latin American filmmakers based in Europe, this film is the result of a journey of spiritual exploration and consciousness expansion, without losing the essence of its roots.
Le Diable works with the symbolism of the Devil, the archetype that governs human relationships from the shadows. It represents everything society rejects, what we expel from paradise out of fear and ignorance. Looking it in to the eye is the only way to integrate its energy and transform it into evolution. It is, at its core, the reclamation of the Devil as an archetype of spiritual and social liberation.
APUNTES SOBRE EL PROCESO/ current state
Le diable se encuentra actualmente en etapa de posproducción, enfocados en construir la identidad sensorial y estética de la película. Estamos desarrollando una banda sonora original concebida como una pieza ritual, creada específicamente para el universo del film, junto con un diseño sonoro que dialogue con nuestra época y el mundo interno de la historia.
También necesitamos recrear visualmente el estilo de los años 1920 mediante procesos de posproducción y VFX que actualicen esa estética al presente. Tu aporte ayudaría a diseñar los intertítulos, el póster, el dossier, los créditos y la identidad gráfica para redes. Finalmente, pagar los másters, las versiones para distintas plataformas y los materiales adicionales como traducciones, almacenamiento y logística de producción que sostienen el flujo de trabajo en esta fase final.
Le diable is currently in the post-production stage, focused on building the film’s sensory and aesthetic identity. We are developing an original score conceived as a ritual piece, created specifically for the universe of the film, together with sound design that resonates with our time and the inner world of the story.
We also need to visually recreate the style of the 1920s through post-production and VFX processes that bring that aesthetic into the present. Your contribution would help design the intertitles, the poster, the dossier, the credits, and the graphic identity for social media. Finally, it would support the costs of mastering, platform-specific versions, and additional materials such as translations, storage, and production logistics that sustain the workflow in this final stage.
